Call White Bros and they should be able to tell you what jets to run! If not I know you will definetly have to go bigger on both the pilot and the main as to how much bigger I am not sure I would guess with a pipe and filter you might have to go 5 sizes bigger on the main the only way to know for sure is to change the jets ( go bigger ) and check your plug after rejetting. White bros should send jetting specs or call them and they should be able to tell you, or I know biggun send there jetting specs so call them and ask them what jets they run with there pipe for the raptor and the jetting should be close to the same as the WB pipe.

Yamaha typically run lean from the factory (in stock form). Have any of you guys tried shimming the needles or adjusting the air/mixture screws to get better bottom to mid carburation (a little more grunt) in stock form?
Also, have a buddy at a dealership say he had one come back with the intake boots blown off. he said they remedied it by taking the spacer out of the clamp and trimming it down 2mm.

I adjusted the pilots in and raised my needles one notch (no shimming required). Seems to do fine combined with the snorkle and spark arrester removed. If your bud at the shop did not adjust/change the pilots in that Raptor, it may be back soon. When it backfires through the carb, the carbs will blow out of the boots (if not tight enough) or rip the boots.
