mud tires

what tires would work good on a sportsman 500 or grizzly 660? should i run stock sizes on either or?
how would the outlaws ride on grassy trails with mud, and some dirt road, and some woods riding over rocks and trees? speeds vary from 5-WOT, with most of the riding done in the 5-20mph range. rarely WOT but occassionally gotta hammer it down.
i think i got it narrowed down to the outlaws, Executioners, swampwitches, and the Swamplites. what would you choose.

No prob. if you go with 25" tires. you will have no problems with stock rims. if you go to a 26" tire the front is where you may have clearance problems. 26" only come in 26x10x12 and 26x12x12. you could fit 27" on there if you want. They are an excellent tire. My wife has 26" on her 500EFI. Shoot me a PM if you are looking for a price.

would the wheeler have enough power for the 27"? what would i gain with a 27 vs 26"? also, when you say clearance problems, are you suggesting i get offset wheels? if so what size offset would i need. I would like 12" wide tires in the back and whats more common in the fronts, 10" or 12"? i like the idea of the 27" tires.....

On the Grizz you will have plenty of power and room. What year sportsman 500. 04.5 and earlier 26" will fit may need spacers on the front. It all depend which rim you want to run. 05 or 06 you can fit up to 28" and you may need spacers on the front, same thing with the rims
