i bought a axle and tires and had not received my part's from this dealership hb atv

 

i've heard the same thing before, so you're not the first person that got screwed over by them, from the way it sounds

 

that sucks man, i bought my ims shifter from them and i got it. did you pay for the parts with paypal? maybe you could get the $ back

 

Had the same problem but I charged mine parts and I called the CC and got my funds back they are poor to say in the least

i bought some nerfs for the 80 and he shipped them to me. bad thing is when i opened the box to install them there was no nets. so i tried to call him and the number from his website did not work. i emailed him many times a week. he'd say he sent them. well i got fed up with his b/s and emailed him telling him i was going to let ebay know i did not get what i won from that auction. one day at work i looked it up in the phonebook on the internet and found his #. called him and he finally made a special trip to the post office and sent me my nets. let me look and see if i have that number still in my phone. i'll pm you if i do. cross our fingers.

 

guess what? i found it and i pm'd you the name and #. i new there was a reason for keeping it in my phone.

Thank You for the warning and telling us and exposing the rip offs out there. Thats a good way to use this forum and reporting them so the rest of us don't get burned. I suggest nobody deals with JC Whitney, they ripped me off, I ordered a part for my truck, the part never came, then they sent me a letter with a check saying they no longer stock that part, BUT: The check DID NOT include the high shipping and handling cost that I paid! I called them asking how can they charge me for shipping and handling when no part was sent to me? Thay said thats their policy and there was nothing I could do about it.

 

i bought a set of nerfs bars and bumper for my 400ex, the bumper came in and yet still no nerf bars. the phone is allways busy and they don't reply to emails. i bought these parts in march and here it is june now and no nerf bars. they games me a tracking # that didn't work, i've been trying to call them all day. i'm in british columbia canada so i know it takes time for parts to come from PA to BC but like 2 months?
