Yep, what Teebone said. If Hightower gives ya some advice-take it.

With stock and even after OMR's mods I did what seemed like to me quite a bit of shifting, like I needed something between 3rd and 4th gears. With the TM it seems that I can do a lot more cruising and a lot less shifting, and have what was missing by just easing off or getting on the throttle. Glamis and Dumont are totally different types of sand but I've had favorable results at both with the TM. I'm guessing that you're going to enjoy it in Oklahoma also.

Is the pump activated or not? Whole new can of worms, but I've run both ways and much prefer it activated.

Awesome...thanx fellas. So even after all the omr mods you still got a big gain or small gain. I am hoping for a few bike lengths.

A very noticable gain. Well worth the cost. Nothing wrong at all with OMR's mods, especially with the cost being next to nothing, but you will enjoy the TM. The OMR mods are for those that don't have the disease yet.

I agree with Ace,
I did all the OMR mods and was very happy, but got a good deal on a TM and would not go back! I was lucky that the TM I got was originally from Rom Wood and had the xtended outlet. I ported the stock intake and matched it to the outlet size. I would highly recomend getting the Ron Wood extension if your's does not have it, it really makes for a great fit.

With the OMR mods throttle response was very good, but with the TM and its pump activated its just at the next level, and more noticable with the more load you place on the engine, like climbing step dunes and shifting hard on the face. I tried the TM with and without the pump, and like Ace, I like it much better with it activated.

Wow...I cant wait. I have the disease. Its bad. I was very impressed with the omr mods. But it only made it worse. Now i cant stop! I made my own endcap and i dont think you should mix racecar stuff with beer drinkin and atv modding. It looks rediculous. But flows like a bastard and it really woke the bike up! I had to jet way up (or 5/64 drill bit) . hahah I will try to post some pics later. lol......is there a cure for this disease?
