Pipe for Kasea skyhawk 90
#1
What is the best pipe for a 2 stroke skyhawk 90? I am looking for better overall performance not for competion. Are there any that the oil tank and battery box can remain in place? Thanks.

Try calling WRH racing or Hetricks and ask them..I think most pipes will require relocating the battery box and removing the oil injection tank...Beware of small pipes that don't have the "fat" expansion chamber in the middle..Its the fat part of the pipe that requires the removal of the battery box and oil tank but its also the part that makes the power for the two stroke engine..If a pipe looks nearly stock without the fat expansion chamber it won't be much better than stock.

If your looking for performance the oil tank has to go! You need the expansion camber to make the power plus the auto oiler over oils the eng. which robs power. When in the quest for speed somthing is always sacrificed.

Also beware of the ebay sellers selling junk import pipes that dont work very well at all. Many of them are tuned for topend power for like say 11,000 rpms and your bike may need a pipe that runs up to as high as 7,000 rpms for the type of riding you do. If you call WRH, Hetrick racing they can help you with what you want and need.
