I know they say that the 300ex is the same machine as the 250x but the 300 has electric start. Is there any way of converting a 250x over to electric start?
Are there any companies that make conversion kits for this?

buy a 300 motor complete w/ wiring and battery or you could buy the sidecase, wiring, battery, and starter motor but i think it would be cheaper to just get the whole thing complete or just sell your X and buy a 300.

 

you would have to buy a complete lower end because the cranks are different on the 2 quads, the 300 has an extra gear on the end for starting purposes
