What is the little black bow under the seat? The battery lead is hooked to it and it has 2 fuses on it. Is it like a starter solinoid? When I hit the starter switch that little box kinda clicks and squeels and it won't turn over. I just had the battery charged and it is at 13.34 volts so do you think that little box is bad?

I think it may have just got hot. It is now cranking but won't start. Oh well guess I'll be riding the Scrammy for awhile.
