Ranger Top Speed

I am going to buy a ranger. I can get a great deal on an 06 right now. Whats the top speed on an 06? Also what features would i be missing on the 07?

i think my bud said around 45 mph on his 700

Ranger Top Speed

The 500cc/30hp models (in 2wd, 4wd, and 6wd) do 41 mph regardless of year. The '05 & '06 (4wd, and 6wd) 700cc/40hp models to 44 mph. The '07 700cc/40hp 4x4 does 50 mph, but the 6x6 still does 44 mph. The '07 700cc/40hp models (4x4 & 6x6) also got the speedometer/tach/digital fuel gauge, but the 500cc/30hp models didn't change at all so they still don't have any gauges.
