Unless you are having a problem with the way it rides and runs, don't worry about it. Sometimes quads just do things that don't make sense. I've noticed that my warrior does the same thing too, but not always. When I give it a few pushes front and back, usually it'll start rolling. But i wouldn't worry about it, unless there's some sign of a problem when you ride it.

Maybe you need a new clutch?

This is normal for a blaster, I wouldn't worry about it. My blaster is the same way and I have heard other owners comment about it as well.
