Default 90 Honda 350 4x4 Somthing Binding & Sqeaking

Hello,
My father has a 1990 Honda 350 4x4 that hasn't been used much in the few years and I took it out on a run this fall. About half way through the run it started bogging out and sqeaking, and it had never done this before. It would happen at random times and the machine would bog down a bit in power when it happened. It sounded like a car time sqealing. I'm thinking maybe the ball bearing in the front or the back might be shot and jamming up periodically. Does this sound right? Is there any ways to check see if this is the case without totally tearing apart the front diff or the rear gearbox?

It's been a while since I've been on here, since my 97 Banshee was stolen 4 years ago, although I'm finished school in May and I hope to get a honda, yamaha or suzuki 450 after I get some money paid on my student loans.

Thanks in advance for the help.

My cousin had one and his front CV joints would pop but it never lost any power. I would check the oil in the front and rear diff. and check for water. Otherwise i would think it's the CV joints. The cure for that is pull back the CV boots and grease everything up again.
