Ok, all you guys with kids that have Raptor 50's once again I need your help. Stock 05' Raptor 50 that has the following mods: Rejetted to stock Raptor 80 specs, Slide stock Raptor 80, Throttle arm in throttle housing has been replaced with the stock Raptor 80 arm, Main nozzel from stock Raptor 80. Pro com cdi box and thats it for mods. Now what it's doing is it'll rum ok, not great at speeds, however, and this is where the problems start, once you let off the throttle it'll idel for about 15 seconds and then die. Adjusting the air/fuel and idel screws in all sorts of different combanations results in various things such as no power, stab the throttle and it bogs and dies etc. What am I doing wrong? How do I get this set up working properly? Also, I tried removing the spark arestor and air box cover to let her breath a little better, but the same problems persist. HELP!!!!!
