Upgrades to 2006 660 Grizzly
#1
Hello,
Finger slipped had to come back in and edit, sorry.....
Have a loaded question for the powers that be and the more responses I get to choose from the better......
I am want to do some upgrades on a 2006 Grizzly 660 (if what I am thinking of doing is valid). The areas are as follows:
Exhaust:
Have been looking around on this and many different styles/versions come up. Would like thoughts from you. What I am looking for is something to give more flow, NOT extremely loud as I still want to go to state parks w/o getting tickets. The one I looked at is HMF Utility Series Slip On. Good/bad or something else?
For the Carb:
Can do all work myself so this does not scare me. Have read many articles on re-jetting, some say it is not needed as factory jets do fine, others say different so little lost on this one as what to do and/or get... Looked at ATV Power Pack from Advantage Peformance, thoughts please....
For Filter:
Have looked into the Pro Design Pro Flow Filter by Pro Design with K&N filter and Pre filter, thoughts...
Tires:
Now this one is wide open as there are many. Needs, want a good Mud tire as wife and I do alot of creek runs along with trails. Live in the country so there is some gravel roads we travel to and from our spots. Only one Ilooked into really and do not remember brand just name. Was called Grizzly (how fitting)...
Hand Grips:
As this is my wifes ATV she is complaining about the original hand grips are hard and leave her hands black. Would like NOT to hear her complain anymore (geezzz).
Belt:
Have read a little on re-sealing the cover, does not slip often but has, thoughts? Need to check into this before the next line is gone after...
Lastly, Snorkel kit:
Now this one may give me some trouble as I know more than likely will manufacture myself and can IF I can get diagrams/pictures unless anyone knows a site I can go to and get a kit.
Thanks for any and all help on the above.....

I have dealt with Highlifter.com. I had really good service and they were very knowledgable. Performance utilitys are thier specialty. I know they test the products they sell as well as develop many of them.
