Default so far so GOOD 06sp500

so far so good i love this thing just about 50 miles on my sp500 and getting ready to do my first service any stuff i should know i do all my work by the way what is a good full skid plat

Default so far so GOOD 06sp500


My dealership mentioned that rather than purging the line by crimping it off and listening for a rush of air, they'd just leave the new oil filter loose and crank the engine. Once oil started seeping out around the filter, they'd tighten the filter all the way. Supposedly this eliminates that purging step and ensures oil is flowing properly.

Someone who knows more about these machines might be able to explain if that's kosher or not....
