It is a national holiday, but to me its also a reminder that I am still here to have some quality time with my family. That includes my forum family also.

Deep fried a couple birds today. . . somehow I didn't end up with any leftovers and I'm starting to get the craving for some.
Put a spice / rub on them and they came out awesome. . . Dang. . . makes me want more!
