Have problem with water pressurising the over flow bottle at full throttle can some one help.

Could be compression leaking past the head gasket and pressurizing the cooling system. That happened to my buddy's old mitsubishi truck once.

I have machined the head to get a fresh surface and puta new head gasket but seems to still be doing the same thing could it be a water pump issue.
Anyone know whats happening here.
