No your wrong on that one the LTE's are the quietiest after market pipes out there they just have a nice low rumble. They are louder than stock but thats where it ends i dought any other after market pie without disc are as quite as the duals from lte.or produce as much power throught the range they lack in low end torque but it corrects that at mid range and holds it throuh the rest of the curve.i would put them up aginst any pipe setup out there.for all around benifits not just max gain.

Around how much DB do the lte pipes put out? and how much power compared to WB, hmf, fmf, yoshi pipes

Does anyone know the best pipe for ds650 that puts out under 96db noise.

I got sound checked here in Oregon with my 2000 DS650 that I had LTE's on............With the quiet cores in, they were 95 db. Quiet cores out, 104 db. It was a low rumble that didn't seem very loud but it will get me a ticket in a heart beat over here, lol.

I don't know of a quieter exhaust though.............except stock, which is unacceptable, lol.
