We didn't lose bottom end with dual 38's. We did with dual 44's so they were relagated to NOS applications only because they did yield a couple more top end hp. Not sure it was worth it though.

I don't have any experience with 35's or 32's. We would lose hp if we went smaller than 38's with our stuff. jmo

Ive run 39s and noticed a loss of bottom when going from a big single but man those things pull for days. It seemed like they had no top end

This is true compared to the big single. I found the same thing. There is a cure for that though..........

I'd think dual 32's since that should give you same opening area as 46mm single that would be plenty for a trail motor up to 720-730 cc.

I figured the 39s would be great for top end, but for dunning would a single be better?? 45/48? I was thinking with dual 32s or 35s keep that bottom end and pick up a bunch more midrage as well as more top end rev. Not wild ported heads, and average 11 1/2 pistons stock or 720 bore mid rage cams like the HPR3 and A1/A2 109s.
I was under the impression that duals are way smoother running over a single.

Ive found that the only thing I gained was top end and it was way out on the top. Well it did seem to rev a little faster but for the hassle of how much space for them and the pull I didnt think it was worth it. Thats just me and I really like the TM48. The low end was awesome even compared to the 45

One more thing I did try the Lectron 40s and I liked them better but still went with the TM48.
