Bayou 220 and 300 4x4 brake lights

What all do I need to get the brake lights woring on my 95 300 4x4 and my 96 bayou 220. I had a guy tell me that some of the wiring is already there from the factory.

Bayou 220 and 300 4x4 brake lights

There are 2 sets of brake light wires for the brake lights, and each have are BLACK/YEL and RED wires for earlier models or "additional" BLUE wire (total 3 strands) for later models.
