Default Aftermarket pipes and HP...

I was just wodering in comparison how much a WB E-series slip on pipe will gain in horsepower compared to the FMF powercore pipe...I know the powercore pipe comes with a header...how much will that help as far as gains for me if I don't really plan on doing much to the engine...How much would getting a WB header help if I don't plan to mess with the engine too much. Would you suggest a used WB pipe if I can get it for a $100 or more less than the new FMF pipe??? Any answers would be awesome guys...thanks...

I called HMF about their pipes and I was quoted 6+ hp on a full exhaust and 2+ on a slip on for a 2005 450R, I would guess 3+ for full and 1+ for slip on for a 300EX.
