Just bought an outlander max xt for my wife

Havent had anything to post about in a long time...
Wife didnt want to ride her DS650 anymore and we had been looking at the 2 seaters for a while.
Went down and got talked into the Outlander 650 Max XT.
Man these 4x4s are fast! Acceleration with the autoshifting is as faster or faster than my DS650.
Cant wait to get it out on sand to open it up and see its top speed.
Ride is nice. Its suspension really handles bumps well. It is pretty big and long though.
I think I'll have as much fun driving that one as I do with my DS.

Congrats to you on the new ride!
You will find that it excels on steep inclines or declines, going down in 4wd lo, it's kind of boring, even on a steep rocky trail. Those Max's are fun to ride one up too, and as you said, they will really motor on. It will beat any of the other big bores, and will stay pretty close to the Outy 800. A good rider on a 650 will edge out the average rider on the 800.
