Have any of you put the powermadd handguards on your 450er? I bought a pair and the atv mounting kit. When i tried to mount them i couldn't find a place on the bar to get it to mount without moving the clutch lever in. Did any of you have this problem? If so how did you fix it? And if not how did you get them on?

I have them on 2 400ex's. I think the problem you must be having is with the starter button. I flipped the mount upside down and have it coming up from the bottom side. It clears the starter switch and lets the clutch lever work. I have a shorter lever on my quad and it is perfect. My wifes 400 has the stock lever and it hits the guard butonly a little. I hope this helps you get them mounted.
