I found a dealer out here advertising raptors for 5999. When I called to see how true this was they said they have 1 blue raptor available and that its 5999 plus freight and set up. I asked for the out-the-door price and he replied 6800.

not too bad I guess but certainly not as good as it sounded.

lucky I ordered mine way back in June

I heard that freight and setup charges are bogus and you shouldn't have to pay them.

Yeah, I called a dealership in DC just to see what they were asking up there and he tells me, "none in stock but should have 2 coming in sometime the 1st of the year-$5600". I was thinking, not bad. I asked what the out the door price was? Hey says "$7400" I asked him twice to repeat that and says "YEAH $7400". Classic baloney.
I will have to drive a little farther this weekend but the $6400 out the door price that one dealership is giving me is good enough for me.
