Default raptor 80 - oil and timing questions

Need some help. Just got done putting a piston in a 2003 Raptor 80 for my 6 year old son. Bought is locked up, had set for three years and rings rusted...

Anyway, I moved since buying this, and can not find the owners manual and or service manual CD I bought (cant find lots of things after moving lol!).

I need to know what oil and how much it calls for. I will use stick to fine tune oil fill, just need to know what they say is close.

I also need some timing instructions. I did mark crank gear and cam sprocket for timing before taking apart, and I have it back where I had it marked, but would like to be sure before turning it over... would prefer not to bend a valve or hit the new piston! Just marked it to get close, and intended to use service manual instructions for final assembly...

Thanks in advance for the help!

Ken
