Default Quick question Oil check on 1996 blaster

I recently bought a 1996 blaster off of ebay. Bike runs fine and all, but I have one question. Where do I check the oil level in the crank? There is no see thru window, nor a dipstick on the cap. Or, how much does it hold from empty? If i just drain it all, and go about it that way. Thanks in advance

The window is on the bottom left side of the crankcase cover (stright down from the kick start). It might have been painted over or something.

don`t go by that window anyways.just change it after every other ride (10 hrs).i never trusted those "peep" holes.and the more you change your oil the better.your engine will thank you.
