Default Spray paint

i want to spray paint my exaust guard cuz... well just cuzzz but anyways im guessing i cant just use regular spray paint, cuz of the heat.. RIght????

yea stay with the kind to resist heat or it will flake off.

Yep, High heat paint only. If your going down to bare metal I think there is a high heat primer too. Use both.

They make paint for barbecue grills. I had luck with it on snowmobile headers and such. Most single stage paints, like ones you buy at a hardware store or wal-mart, won't put up with much abuse though. It works well on anything that you won't have much contact with.

VHT makes a header paint. I've used it on my race car with good luck. I have had bad experiences with the other brands. With ant paint project, prep work is key.

just get it sand blasted then powder coated.....you can rent the machines at about $25 a hour...would that work...?
