Default A couple of 400ex ?'s

First and foremost does anyone know where I can get some scematics of the card and engine/tranny?

Second I have added a LRD pipe, K&N filter, and modded the air box lid. I have changed the main jet to a 160 (i think) but it still seems like it is running a little rough. Should I move the needle position and/or change the pilot jet? It seems like the idle is a little rough and is lacking just a little bit of pulling power at the very top end. Any help is greatly appreciated.....

BTW it is a 2005 400 EX if that makes any difference....

I forgot to mention the other day while riding my bike would die at idle sometimes, I assumed it was from the very cold (about 15 degrees) temperature, could that be the problem?

Are you sure your idle is set properly?
Could be your idle jet as well.

I usually have to turn my idle up a little when the weather turns cold.

As for schematics, just get a service manual..........
