ok so i started up my raptor today and let it warm up for about 5 minutes or so i took it out for a rip around the block came back and let it run for a bit longer. i turned it off and decided to check my oil and the oil pan was overflowing right to the top!!!! it had a hint of gas in it. does anyone no what is going on or what i should do. I just recently did an oil change and everything was running fine. its an 06 and hasnt been riden a whole lot

i just have a procircuit slip on pipe and the power commander3 i am running the correct map could it possibly be giving the enging to much gas? I think i might drain all the gas and change the oil but put stabilizer in my gas this time around does anyone think this would help? its all i can think of right now, unless somthing is wrong with the injectors

I think its a common thing like sparky said. Mine also does this. I don't think fuel is leaking in anywhere (where would it come in at?) but I just think most of us are running them too rich and fuel is getting past the rings into the crankcase. I know a couple guys running Dobecks had them dyno tuned and their settings are a lot less than mine are. Another prospect could be the cold mixture. These things run extremely rich during warm up. So rich that a lot of people have fouled out plugs trying to ride them during warm up. All I know to do is change the oil more often and try to let it warm up before you ride. Maybe try leaning out the mixture a little bit.

Check your plug for any kind of material on it, like sludgy stuff. Since the raptor is a longer stroking motor, if it runs richer once the fuel gets away from the sparkplug it can have a tendency no to combust. You should get a prodesign intake for more air, and try running the same fuel map. If the bike runs fine still, then it was rich before you got it.
