Default Wolverine 450 rattle in rear

Does anyone else have a rattle on the Wolverine 450 4x4. I believe it is the seat release handle and my dealer is checking into it with Yamaha. We have some ideas on how to fix it but are waiting to see what Yamaha says first.

I installed a very small bungee strap from the lever to the frame and it stops the noise. I did this the very first day that I got it.

I will post up a pic:

I think that is what the boys at Yamaha will probably do to mine as well. Yamaha (corp) "has had no complaints to this date about this problem". My dealer complains about it as well, and just has not had anyone but me ask about it.

Me neither. Now I have deep gouge marks from where the fender bangs up against the rack. Oh well..

I did not have any problems with the plastic hitting the rear rack except when I was installing it.

I only noticed the last ride we took which was way muddy, I think the packed on mud was making the fenders bounce up into the GYTR rack.
