I just bought an 07 raptor 700 and want to protect the underside of the swing arm.
Who makes the most durable and best fitting skid plate?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
I don't want to find out the expensive way.

 

Moose has always made good aluminum skidplates. they fit real well, are real durable and are cheaper than most others.

 

I have a full set of GYTR ones on my Wolvy. They fit great and are made very well.

 

Remember when you do find some skid plates to buy some one sided weather stripping like for a door and apply it to your plate where it hits the frame.It works great and keeps it tight and no noises.

 

PRM definitely makes the best skids. I have a DG on the swinger and an AC chassis and they're better than nothin but not real good for the money

 

prm is the way to go. caliraptor had a prm .190. we tried to install it but the skid hit his nerfs so we tried a sledge hammer to bend the wing down a lil it did nothing. so we got out loaded f-150 with 2 raptors and ran over the skid. it did not bend. i wish i had the picture to post it. i'll look for it. trust me prm is the way to go. prm makes a .250 thick swingarm skid plate, nothing is gonna break that thing.

i have a white brothers on my raptor and had a uni on my blaster and the white brothers fit 10x better adn that thing has taken a h3ll of a beating and still like new

 

Without a DOUBT....PRM....I would consider no other brand, PERIOD!!!! They are the best.

Had an AC-junk, Had a DG-junk!!!! Thanks to my DG I ended up replacing a rear rotor.
