recentally bought 5 big bears and we all rip off the front fenders on the first trip ,total garbage, other wise an excellent performing machine.since then we have made a few mods to them and have had no problem . the biggest mod is cutting them up so there not below the frame and second, we put in a verticle slice in the corner so the mud flap is seperated from the inner shield and allowed to flex.

I have'nt broke the front fender but last weekend I broke the right rear at the footrest area. One of those neccessary eveils when you go where you want to in the woods. What did you break your fenders on (rocks sticks, etc.) and where did they break at?

I also broke the rear fenders at the foot rest ,the fenders tear away from the bolts holding it down, no solution for that one yet!
