today i was out riding my 200sx fourtrax 1986 it always runs great, well i turned it off went in for about 20 min came back out hit the start button and the starter turned but did not ingage, i then trie to pull start it it did not ingage, weird i thought as it has never done this, so i took off the pull start and that goldish round thing that the pull start grabs to turn the notor was very loose so i tighted it put the pull started back on and it worked and so did the electric start also worked but it did not start, wierd it always starts, then i took the pull start back off and took the bolt off that holds the goldish round thing on and took it off and hit the start button and it cranked over, why did it not work before when it was loose and then work when it was off, and why wont it start and run i put new plug in has good spark and compression, just weird cause it did run great i turned it off the last time i rode it and i could not belive it wont start now, PLEASE HELP, i also tried priming it with gas nothing but a poof once in a while. ben
