if i were to bore my 400ex out to a 416 would i need to get a new pipe?

 

yes if You want to get the most torque an hp numbers out of that big bore kit,also get a quiet pipe as we have enough enemys wanting to shut us down.My motto is if they cant hear you they cant see you an will leave you alone good luck.
