Thinking of an ATV....
#1
When I was younger, I had a lightly modified 1985 250R 3-wheeler. Now that I'm older, I'm wanting to get a 4-wheeler. I'm definately into going fast...I have 3 drag cars and I like riding on motorcross tracks.
What is my best option. I'm partial to the Hondas, the 450R looks really good, but I also like the Kawasaki 450.
I'd like to hear some input so I know where to begin. What would be the best quad for me to get? How do these new bikes compare to a 250r. The last time I rode a 4 wheeler was a Banshee...I really wasn't impressed, but it may have been the feel.
thanks

From what I hear the 450R is a good machine, plenty of speed for you, plus you got that Honda reliability. Also you might want to check out the Raptor 700efi , loads of torque, and great top end.

Give us all a break on that DS! It is a huge pig and not the least bit suitable for the track.
One of the 450's. I like the 450R for fast riding in the open desert, but would pick the YFZ for the track.

ya if i was just riding track i'd get the yfz or ltr450, if i was into more open riding and dunes i'd get a 450r and im not sure about the kawi its not out yet so cant say how they are, but i know they got reverse and arent as wide as the other 450s so i guess its just a tricked up kfx400
