02' 90 Scrambler air filters ?

02' 90 Scrambler air filters ?
Just wondering if you are suppose to oil the airfilter like any other atv , it does not say in the owners manual . Also, how about the filter inside the side cover that covers the kickstarter gear ? Does it need to be oiled ?
