Did I screw up?

So...I bought this Viva 250cc quad. Paid 1200.00 bucks delivered. I am 6'1 ish and 200 lbs. I stopped by a shop that put up a sign literally the day after I bought this quad. Long story-short, the owner thinks I might have got a mid sized quad with a 250 engine. Anyone have any info. Maybe some kind words to make me feel better. "Throw me a fricken bone people".LOL

Its definitely mid sized. It has the smaller tires/wheels but does look to be lengthened a little compared to some of the mid sized quads made in china.

With 10.5 hp the only way it could go 75 mph is with the front sprocket on the rear, and the rear on the front. 75 kph is between 46 and 47 mph, I can believe that. I'm not knocking the quad, but I don't think they converted kph to mph.

LOL. I had that figured before I bought it, couldn't find another quad close that could do 75 MPH. The part that's killing me is the frame size. I rode a 2006 Redcat 150 yesterday that was little. I will get the bike tomorrow, find out the actual size then. It will be fine for my wife but I was hoping it would be big enough for me as well. Looks like I'll end up shopping around some more for a bigger quad for myself. I would like to stay under 2 grand, seems like the magic number. If anybody can help, I'm all ears (Eyes). I will hold all advice givers harmless, I realize there are risks.

i just bought 3 of those they've been delivered, i'm waitign on parts damaged by shipping, there was no owners manual or assembly manual, and bolts missing. all but one start right up. i think i have a front brake problem with one.
biggest problem was stripped lug holes where they were attached to the crate frame, hopefully to be remedied by replacement hubs.
other than that, they are adult sized quads if you're not huge. i'm 6'1" and can ride it, but it'd be nice to have a broader stance. can't argue with the price, supposedly a rebadged roketa.
the pics are a little off- the shocks have the "rocket" reservoirs, the frames are black instead of silver, and there is no viva decal on the sides, just "250cc" badges on the tanks. i ordered 3 in white, 2 had blue headlight surrounds, one red.
i'll keep everyone posted on the parts support.
