let me rephrase this .i have a k&n and i need to know if any1 has a k&n on there 400 and what size jet they went up to.

 

Did you just install the filter? If the rest of the stuff is stock, you probably don't need to re jet att all. If anything up one on the main.

 

Is the air box lid still on? If so then you probably dont need to rejet. Only way to know for sure is check your plug. Does it bog or backfire any? If not your most likely ok. I'd pop the lid off and add a slip on exhaust then rejet. It a different animal after that![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

i just have the filter and that is it . the lid is on and i have a 150 in it right now and its running great. i appreciate the feedback and all the info.i just wanted to be safe and not sorry thanks jim
