I am in the middle of modding my ATV. I just purchased the heelclicker and I want to get exhaust for it. The only somewhat reasonable one seems to be the AAEN slip on. It has proven dyno power. I was just checking to see what some of you think of the muffler. Did it add the power it is claimed to? I know it is loud to some. Not an issue here. I also read previous mufflers had a leak issue. Was this fixed with newer mufflers?

 

my step dad has the true dual exhaust for his 800 sportsman and it sounds wicked.

 

seems i read somewhere that the hp gain was very minimal for the price of the pipes and by putting true duals on it was actually loosing hp. this was last yr i beleave. maybe do a search and you might find it on here.

 

i have heard a few people say the aftermarket pipes realy have no gains , the polaris pipe breaths just fine ... just what i have read... but i still want one for the sound, kinda silly..

 

no it isnt. i love spending money of the right sound. i heard a piped yam. rx-1 today and i kept looking for the crockrocket to come down the rd it sounded so sweet. im buying another exhaust for my vmax just to have a deeped tone. ya, ya, i know im a nut. lol.

yea , makes it alot harder to sneak out for the saturday ride!!!

 

you kidding, she can smell be thinking about going for a ride and she had her key for hers in her hand telling me to start it and get it out for her. i'm trained well lol. but there again, she rides better then alot of men i know.

 

wa have a 1 1/2 old daughter and a 3yr old son ( lil man)... its hard for both of us to get out at the same time.. my time = rideing and lots of BEER afterwards... her time= THE MOST FRIGING EXPENSIVE SUPER SHOPING CENTER SHE CAN FIND....... i bet her qaud didnt get rode 100 miles kast summer... i put over 1400 on my sporty!!! HA !
