Z 250 or 250 EX
The Honda is a sweet machine! Good price, handles great, easy maintenance, reliable. The "sportclutch" feature is nice. Suspension is good, but does has limited travel.
The stock tires are lame, and need to be replaced first thing. We put ITP TracStars on ours, and its a whole new machine. The radial tires really contribute to handling and suspension.
If she is on the smaller side, the Honda 300EX is nice too. It has the advantage of better suspension than the 250, but it's more money.
