Default 680 rinny dodo or not

i am hearing some say they wont pull in the mud ,i test drove 1 around the dealers field and since i have been on a 2002 450es for 2700 miles and before that a 350 rancher for 1200 miles it felt like a dragster to me but the majority of the miles on the 450 were with my 26 outlaws and they would go on the rinny whenever i was planning on more than just sightseeing

Decent Quad. I would summarize as follows, the Rincon is about an 80% trail quad and 20% mud. It has enough to get you through, but if you are mudding, there are better choices. The Rincon does lacka real low gear and locking differentials. All things being equal it is almost unbeatable on the trails where it gets tight. It really shines there. Yes you can add a gear reduction and that makes it that much better, but you lose top end.

Great ride most comfortable on long rides. It will not beat you up or leave you sore. I have one and I would buy it again, but also a different quad for seriuos mud and water.

Airborne is pretty much right on. Although the 1st gear I feel is fine and I have never had it bog down in the mud but there are other better mudders. There is no perfect quad. Either its a good trail quad or a great mudder. The rincon is a great trail quad but still good in the mud just not the best. It will spin 26" tires in the mud no problem it just wont do it as quick as others. You can go to rinconriders.com and there is all kinds of rincon mudders there. Anything that the rincon lacks in can be fixed.

It does spin them pretty fast if you keep with a stock size tire. You can go to a 26" tire without a problem as long as they are not too agressive. I see alot of guys with 26" tires on rincons mudding all teh time. They do pretty well. Dont worry about the power. The rincon has plenty of power.

i dont really ride in thick goo that goes over the top of the tires water does sometimes not that many tank traps around roxboro n.c. but honestly will i be alright with the 26 laws on the 680 and would i have to lift it eventually as the shocks weakened to keep the tires and fenders apart
