WHAT IS THE QUIETIST PIPE ANYWHARE THAT YOU CAN GET FOR A '98 300EX THAT GIVES YOU THE STRONGEST HORSEPOWER OUTPUT AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The quietest pipe you can get would probably be either the stock pipe or supertrapps EAR series silencer which is supposedly quieter than stock.
Don't know about what it will add in the power dept. though.
