I changed the head on my 83 Honda 110 the other day. I need some help with the timing. Does anyone have a 110 manual thats at least simular to the 83 that they could scan for me? Or at least some pics of the timing markings or something? any help would be great.

 

sorry im not much help but i know you can get 110 manuals on cd off of ebay for decent price, i bought one for my 350x and it works well, ive never been into a 110 before so i dont know. hopefully this helps, i havent had very good luck getting any help from anyone on this site lately, seems like i post something and lots of poeple look at it but noone replies, lts of times im just looking for an opinion to base a decision off of, but anyway i would check ebay, im sure ive seen them on there for a 110. hopefully this helps you.

Cool a Honda Mech... I have questions too hehe. When timing the ATC's the T is for the TDC and the F is used for the timing with a timing gun? I think you just rotate the CDI disc base left or right to advance/retard timing? Would you also happen to know What year the ATCs changed from breaker point ignition to CDI? Thanks.

Thanks for that info Honda Mec, that was a bigtime help. I think i got the timing set right on it now. All i need to do is set the CDI up now.

 

i need to time my honda atc 110. is there a mark on the chain to line it up with the circle on the gear? what about the spark in the cdi? do i need to time that also? thanks. its a 1981
