Default Front Tires viberating and Clutch Slippin

I have recently noticed that my front tires are really starting to vibarate bad. When i pull up on my handlebars it feels like there is a little gap of give when i do that. I was wondering what is wrong with that? Is it something to do with maybe the steering stabilizer?

Another thing that i noticed was that when I put the throttle down in 4th and 5th gear, it really really slips. I have to back off just so it will catch. The first three gears are fine. This is with a stock cluth. Should i maybe upgrade to a new one or what do you guys suggest?

A-arm bent or something? Throwing you alignment off i think. Check the treads on your tires

It's not my a-arm because they look absolutely normal. My tire treads have normal wear on them and they look fine. I think it has to do with my steering. Is there a bearing that might be out? When i pull up i can see my tires move in a little bit and when i push back down i can see them move out. It is craziness!

Theres a bearing at the end of the steering stem. Which connect to the frame and tie rods. I bet its toast.

The clutch sounds like its a goner also. Replace it and add some heavier springs.

At the end of the steering stabalizer there is a thrust bearing I believe they call it and there are also thrust washers which I would replace with the bearing also...Also make sure that you don't have play in your tie rod ends allowing you front end to shimmy, I had to replace both my tie rods and bearing/ washer due to this shimmy and all is good now...You clutch shouldn't be slipping and since it is I would say that you are due for a new one or you might want to try and switch to a different oil, but it sounds like the quad is due or else it would be slipping in the other gears...Get yourself a heavy duty barnett 9 disk clutch and you should be able to do it yourself, if you have any ?'s about installation just post in here.
This site should help on the installations part.

On the arms there are 8 bearings and 16 couchins, I had the same problem. the front would vibrate. All I did was replaced the couchins. Hope that this helps. the best way to find out is lock the front brake and grab the front tire like a stering wheel and try to roll it back and forth if their is play then time to replace them.

My 2 Cents
Bryan
