650P Went up one jet size on each carb. Got gobs of power, but it starts bogging down @20mph and has no power. I also shimmed my needles, and I have a snorkle. What gives? If its a jet problem, what add on can I do to make it right?(pipe, air filter etc)

 

It may be worth just purchasing a dyno jet kit. My bike is smaller than yours, but it made a noticeable difference in power. It definitely sounds like you are having a main jet problem.
