I need some help with my daughter's Kazuma 50. Up until now it's been perfect.

Now, each day it'll start fine and run fine. However, if she shuts it off and leaves it for 15-20 minutes it will NOT restart. Next day it'll start again immediately.

It's got spark. I've bypassed the safety switches.

Any suggestions?

 

Sounds like the valves need adjusting. This is the most common thing with the kazuma 50. Try a new plug also but would almost bet ont he valves.

Thanks, guys. I forgot about the valves. I'll hit them tonight. At least this has given me a reason to tear everything apart, clean it, and service it.
