just wondering what the fastest quad is. im talking about out-the-factory tho. not modded out. just thought i would see what everyones thoughts are.

my guess is the zuki zilla

 

suzuki quadzilla is the fastest off the showroom floor.

 

excatly how fast is the zilla, the renegade is mighty quick too.

 

The Quadzilla was supposed to be the fastest ever off the floor but the Polaris ktm525 they say is the fastest now over the zuke. And yes the Renegade is also super fast. I saw one race a bomb650 and it smoked it. Very impressive for a 4x4.

 

excatly how fast in MPH is the Outlaw 525, the zilla 500, the renegade 800???

 

Mine has a Dr. Q pipe, mild porting and a slight overbore so it isn't exactly stock, but it'll press the 90 mph mark pretty hard. It definately revs higher in 5th than a stock one would. I think I heard 85 mph for a stock zilla.

Regardless, it's faster than an atv should probably go.

 

i was at a shop that sold polaris and i got curious about the new outlaw. never saw one since in a 250 class rider, when i asked the guys in the floor about it they said that the 525 outlaw only ran a little bit faster then the 7oor raptor. the zilla i was told hits bettween 85 and 90 stock. so if a zilla can hang a 700r out to dry then it should very easily outrun a outlaw.

The zilla is a two stroke single that is a square motor meaning the bore and stroke are the same. Great all around power but an ankle breaker when you try to kick start it.

 

i didnt have a problem kick starting a zilla, but that was one hellacious throttle response. i hate the seat tho, its real funny shaped.
