Bayou 300 engine/clutch noise when hot

Bayou 300 engine/clutch noise when hot
Quad runs great on startup. When engine gets to running temperature, ticking noise is present.
Motor has been redone. Replace secondary clutch, replaced pins in secondary clutch, also checked primary clutch.
Noise is present whether in neutral or in any gear, and at any RPM.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
