Might want to check all saftey features... Kill switch/emergency cut off switch in back of quad.(the switch you attach a cord to) Sometimes the saftey cut off switch gets bumped/or isn't making good contact. This will cause "No Spark" I bumped my son's when unloading it from my truck.. Then spent like 30 minutes trying to start it Until I finally realized the switch was moved... At first inspection it looked ok, until I pushed in on it... I really hope that helps you out!! Keep us posted!!

Like triple said check ALL of the safety switches. The one on the left part of the handlebar has one. The red switch goes left or right to turn bike off. You have to press the same button in to reactivate it. There is a shutoff on the left side of the motor. It is a white connector with a small looped wire. This has to be there or it will not start. On the back left of the quad there is a tether switch. This should have the rubber plug in. Or to eliminate this one you can just unplug it from the harness just under the rear fender.
