i recently rebuilt my 03 honda fortrax and set the valves and now with about 100 km on it it seems to be lagging in the get up and go department the atv works just like new now what could be the problems how exact does it have to be to tdc when settign the valves and how can i get it to there becuas ewhen i did it i just used the pull cord
