Default Hawkeye with Swamp Fox tirres

Dropped my wheels off at the shop yesterday to have new tires put on. I'm chaning out the stock 22x7-12 fronts and 22x10-12 rears for
AMS Swamp Fox 24x9-12 fronts and 24x11-12 rears. Should make a huge difference in appearance and performance. I'll post some pics when I get everything all back together.

Just got them installed....the Hawkeye looks very nice with the larger and wider tires. I'll try to get some pics posted by the end of the day.

Click HERE for pics. I don't have a pic for comparison to the stock tires, as I left the stock ones at the shop for whatever they needed them for, dumpster fill, etc. LOL!!

Default Hawkeye with Swamp Fox tires

All -

I have probably been the most indecisive tire
hunter future buyer on this forum still researching what would
be my all out best swap type tire. I am hearing alot
of buzz about these swap Fox tires.

In looking at your pics, and its lugs, how
are these any better than mud lites and
the swamp lites I wonder? Is it whats in
the tire, its ply, its PSI, its floatation properties?
Cause the external appearances don't really
reveal its aggresiveness like those Muds, Vampires
or Godzilla, with the scoop shape lugs.
I noticed its shiny smooth side walls.

Be patient I am still investigating all of this
stuff learning from you all's experiences!

Real test is take it thu the stuff sheepDog and have
you ran the other mud tires non-stock on other quads
of yours? Let me/us know!

R'

The only reason I got the Swamp Fox's over the other more aggressive mud tires, is they were about the only one with the 24" size front and rear. I didn't want to put 25's on mine.

I have ITP Terracross radials on my Sportsman, but have yet to try them out in mud.

I have 27" on my 800 had alot of issues with flats & was told by dealer they had a poor rubber compound. They have since (last couple of months) changed the compound. Will be putting the new ones on if it ever stops phawking snowing. They are an awsome mud tire & smooth on the trail.
