Just bought a 05 750 BF and would like to snorkel it. wondering is it better to snorkel the airbox or bypass the airbox all together? thanx 4 info[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

I snorkeled my air box on my 05 BF 750 because if the factory splash gaurd is still on yours it is pointed down and this is a problem when you go splashing through the mud wholes water spalshes up in the air box and causes the motor to cut out. Thats what mine was doing but since I snorkeled it no more problems. I took the splash guard off and and attached a 2"x 2" rubber 90 from home depot then ran 2" ABS pipe the rest of the way.hope this helps.
